We would like to inform you that personal data is collected and stored in the course of dental treatment in our practice. Personal data is data that relates to you personally (e.g. name, address, health data).
The collection and storage of data is necessary for treatment in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 b) EU GDPR necessary. Treatment is not possible without the collection and storage of data. The health data collected and stored by you are special data whose authorization for processing is based on Art. 9 para. 2 h) EU GDPR follows.
